telecomunication tower, telescopic tower, mobile telescopic tower, antenna tower
FEATURES:
This machine comes from a very long experience in the telecommunications sector and has been studied down to the smallest detail to satisfy all the needs required for rapid installation, its assembly in the field can be performed by an employee alone and in compliance with full safety, even in emergency situations.
- The height from the ground to the base of the antennas in deployed configuration is 17 meters, but it can also be made at different heights according to the customer needs and specifications.
- The extensions of the telescopic elements are simultaneous, and it is possible to use the tower even at heights which are lower than the maximum extension, with steps of 5 inches with a minimum of six meters from the ground.
- The weight of the structure is 3.500 kg. and at its maximum extension it resists a wind of 100 km/h with a head deflection of less than 30' but it is still possible to apply four guy wire support at the top to have a wind resistance up to 180 km/h.
safe, mobile,
simple to use
The machine thus conceived can be towed on the road and the trolley is equipped with lights, overrun brake and parking brake.
The trailer consists of a hot-dip galvanized steel frame with a double axis and beams that support the tower structure.
Find out how it works
Movement takes place via a 2.5Kw single-phase electric motor. Stainless-steel lifting ropes. Pulleys with hermetically sealed ball bearings.
The whole system has been designed to have no inconvenience during assembly and use. All pulleys are equipped with a system that prevents the ropes from derailing.
More infoFind out how it works
The structure consists of four hot-dip galvanized steel trusses that slide telescopically, one inside the other equipped with Teflon sliding blocks.
Movement takes place via a 2.5Kw single-phase electric motor and stainless-steel lifting ropes that run on pulleys with hermetically sealed ball bearings.
The lifting and lowering commands take place via a manual push-button panel.
CONSTRUCTION DETAILS
The whole system has been designed to have no inconvenience during assembly and use. All pulleys are equipped with a system that prevents the ropes from derailing.
The extension of the telescopic elements is protected by a fall arrest system in case the lifting rope should break.
The sliding blocks are equipped with an icebreaker system so that the extensions can retract even in the presence of ice forming on the telescopic elements.
For the connection of the antennas to the equipment, there are six high flexibility Cellflex coaxial cables which are contained within a conveyor belt which collects on a spring-loaded reel.
The top of the tower is equipped with a rotating head controlled from the ground by means of an electric push-button panel.
The antenna or antennas to be mounted at the top of the tower are installed when the structure is still lying horizontally and to carry out their lifting there is an extractable hand winch arm that allows a single operator to carry out the installation safely and effortlessly. It is not intended under any circumstances for an operator to climb the structure as the coaxial cables are also connected prior to lifting.

THE TRAILER
The trailer consists of a hot-dip galvanized steel frame with a double axis and beams that support the tower structure.
To stabilize the structure there are four extendable stabilizing feet which are lowered by means of a crank. A reference level is attached to the frame for correct levelling.
The drawbar height is adjustable in infinite positions, and the tow hook is available in all approved versions.
The trailer brakes are of the repulsion type and for manual handling a swivel wheel is available which is lowered with a crank.
On the side of the trailer there is an extractable frame with various adjustable widths which allows to fix the equipment and a stepladder allows the operator to reach the level of the equipment.
The trailer is approved for road traffic and has all the lights and legal equipment.
